Once\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">the project is submitted, the template will be automatically populated with\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">information gathered from a Power Apps form (like the one shown above) that\u2019s\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">connected to multiple SharePoint lists.
