For this, we need to create a business rule that will perform these updates automatically as the process goes through the different BPF stages.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For our use case we will work with coffee machines requisition process and we want to track when each machine is requested, received or delivered.\u00a0 This approach can be particularly useful for organizations leveraging <a href=\"https:\/\/powergi.net\/microsoft-power-platform-consulting-services\/\"><strong>Microsoft PowerApps consulting services<\/strong><\/a> to enhance their automation and workflow capabilities.<br><br><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Just before jumping into it, big thanks to<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/bendenblanken\"
