We partnered with a leading law firm serving over 4,000 clients across Latin America to build a custom CRM system using Power Apps and Power Automate. When we started assessing the process, each country maintained separate client databases with different standards, leaving management without clear visibility into client distribution, multi-country engagements, or proposal status.  

Our Power Apps consultants worked with the regional marketing lead to create an in-house platform to manage all Client management processes. The final result was a system that standardizes data capture, tracks proposals, and provides real-time reporting, giving the firm full cross-office visibility. 

Supplier onboarding is usually managed through email, PDF or MS word forms and spreadsheets. Most of the time requires coordination of multiple parties inside the company (procurement, accounting, master data), which can lead to back-and-forth emails, manual follow-ups and supporting documents that get lost, are disorganized or difficult to track. 

Through our Microsoft Power Apps consulting services, we worked with the local and global procurement teams of a Manufacturing company to develop and implement a Model-driven app that centralized and streamlined the end-to-end process of approving new suppliers. The supplier approval system enforced consistent validation rules across all countries, provides full visibility into each onboarding stage, and ensures approvals are tracked accurately.

Using Power Apps, Dataverse and Power Automate our team of Power Apps consultants designed and implemented a centralized warehouse management solution and established a single source of truth for data, documents and processes. From master data catalogs to inbound and outbound transactions, the entire stock lifecycle is digitized, standardized, and tracked accurately and consistently. 

The Accounts Payable team is usually packed with many tasks to complete: check one or more mailboxes for new invoices, review invoice data, enter invoices in the accounting system, request approvals, and process payments. With our Power Apps power apps consulting services, your own in-house platform to manage invoice processing is possible!  

We partnered with the accounting team of a manufacturing team to review and optimize their invoice handling process, and built an end-to-end solution using Power Apps, Power Automate and Microsoft Foundry’s document understanding model. Our team of certified Power Apps developers created a Canvas App that lists all invoices submitted through multiple Outlook mailboxes, where the Accounts payable analysts can review and validate each invoice and automatically submit for approval to different chains of users depending on some invoice attributes.
